1913
The original wing was designed by the New York firm of Warren & Welmore, who is also responsible for Manhattan's 1913 Grand Central Terminal and a number of upscale hotels and residential buildings.
19131958
A 1936 annex and 16-story addition were completed. The facade of brick Terra Cotta and Bedford Limestone as well as the signature grand limestone arcades with Tuscan columns along Rusk, were replicated with the 1958 addition by noted architect Kenneth Franzheim.
19582013
Provident Realty Advisors purchases the building and begins a multi-family conversion with architectural firm HBG Design.
